Unlike any other hotel, B&B, lodgings or holiday accommodation providers, our unique authentic street food is not found anywhere else but at HeavenlyNightsGuestHouse. Our hospitality is our passion and pricing includes an intercontinental complimentary breakfast for those that have no time for a cooked breakfast’ After all it is the most important start of the day, and we want to ensure that at the very least you don’t go on an empty stomach. We are proud of being Sheffield’s as well as South Yorkshire’s only bed and breakfast to provide authentic Bangladeshi street food, and room service at your convenience, with a choice of authentic Bangladeshi evening meals after work, or a day out exploring Sheffield’s city centre as well as the peak district. Our complimentary breakfast includes a selection of fruits, cereal and snacks as well as freshly cooked pakora’s served on arrival. For those that have a little more time to sample our unique freshly cooked breakfast, there is a choice of Full English or Bangladeshi vegetarian nastha or breakfast for those on a go. Bangladeshi street food whether it’s a breakfast, lunch or an evening meal, is as authentic as it gets. Food which we generally have at home.

Our Green Philosophy

By shopping locally, we are helping develop and strengthen the local community using fresh seasonal ingredients in all of our cooking. As well as organically growing our own vegetables.  Depending on the season in addition to the normal vegetables grown, we also grown our own selection of exotic Bangladeshi vegetables. 
The Lau, the national vegetable of Bangladesh is bottle gourd delicious on its own as a vegetarian dish or cooked with either meat, chicken or fish.  There is even a national song dedicated to this vegetable, which has excellent medicinal properties and can help reduce weight as it contains a lot of water, it’s good for the heart as well as to help reduce urinary disorders.
Bitter Gourd known as a keralla a super vegetable r gourd, that has excellent health benefits in addressing diabetes, containing, iron calcium, vitamin C and the potassium commonly found in bananas is commonly used as a vegetarian dish and eaten in every Bengali house. It’s also used to make a high-powered juice drink due to its medicinal properties.
In addition to these we are also growing a variety of Bangladeshi chillies including the hottest chilly in the world, the Naga Our home-grown vegetables are all grown in our own Eco system fed nutrients directly from the koi or the indoor tropical tilapia pond that we have. Without adding composts and fertilisers that damage the environment or the natural habitats of wildlife important contributors to our world. We believe in preserving important resources and try to recycle what is possible, thus even the water that feeds the plants is recycled and given back to either the Tilapia, that we use for the table or the Koi pond in our backgarden.
Unlike many bed and breakfast, hotels or travel lodge or, most of the ingredients that we use in our cooking are home grown exotic Bangladeshi vegetables in addition to the normal every day vegetables naturally organically fed through our aquaponics system. Depending on the season, some of the exotic vegetables that we tend to use is the bottle gourd or Lau as we call it, the national vegetable of Bangladesh.  Excellent as a vegetarian dish on its own or with meat chicken o

Community development

In terms of local development, our passion includes opening the doors to the local community as well as our guests raising awareness. Self-confidence. Self-esteem and empowering them to be able to do backyard or urban farming in small confined spaces growing a wide range of vegetables as well as sustainable fish rich in Omega 3 .

 Our input is to create a drop becoming a river to an ocean of a society sharing the beneficial skills of self-sufficiency aquaponics with minimum impact to the environment, and sharing the surplus with friends or families.

Our commitment isn’t just at local level but focused on developing society as a whole in our own way, providing the entire running cost of our orphanage “Asroy House a 52 bed children’s home for children from 5-18 years  In Dhaka Bangladesh, thus helping to reduce poverty and child exploitation as well as creating an opportunity to education and equality.

The orphanage in itself has a fish farm as well as land space to grow their food to partial fund their existence
